Refund & Return Policy

Return Eligibility

We support a free return service for all eligible orders. Customers may apply for a return for product quality problems, shipping damage, or unsatisfactory product experience within the valid return period.

Return Time Limit

A 60-day return window is available for all orders from the day customers receive the products. All return applications must be initiated within this valid period to be accepted.

Refund Processing

After we receive and verify the returned items, the official refund process will be initiated. The funds will be returned to the original payment account within 5 to 10 business days. The specific arrival time is subject to the processing rules of the customer’s payment institution.

Return Rules

Returned products must be kept in original condition with intact packaging, unused and unopened. Returns caused by non-quality issues must ensure the resale value of the products. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with return specifications.

Partial Refund Rules

For orders with partial product returns, we will calculate the refund amount according to the unit price of the returned items. No additional handling fee will be charged for eligible refund applications.
